One of the Camino Zens we propose is following the last part of the Portuguese Coastal Way, from Oia to Santiago, which is over 100 km and will allow you to obtain your Compostela. As you walk the Camino Zen, the practice of yoga will help you reconnect and centre yourself. We advise you to practice a balance of Pranayama (breathing techniques), Asanas (physical postures) and Meditation. Your own session should take place in the morning prior to the walk and then at arrival of the daily walk. (2 sessions of 1h per walking day)
