Walk the Camino to Rest Your Mind

Walk the Camino to Rest Your Mind image

You may have noticed our recent campaign on "Walk the Camino to rest your mind". It features Follow the Caminos' co-founder, Umberto removing his suit to reveal hiking gear and embark on the Camino..

This is a reflection of many people's lives who may feel like they are floating through life rather than living it. This may be as a result of a stressful job, or a difficult time in life. For whatever the reason their minds are always left preoccupied. The only solution would be taking the time to escape it all and peace will once again be restored to your mind.

While walking the Camino would mean you can go at your own pace and there is no need to rush... As you walk you will meet other pilgrims and be greeted with a cheerful "Buen Camino". As you challenge yourself by walking the Camino de Santiago, you will have time to think about whatever is on your mind. By the end of the walk, your mind will be at peace. You will also feel a massive sense of accomplishment having completed your Camino. Many people have reported great moments of clarity and even creativity.

Let us know if you agree.
