Who we are
Follow the Camino is a tour operator specialised in organising walking and cycling holidays along the Camino de Santiago also known as the UNESCO Heritage Way of St James.
Our founders, two Frenchmen, Fabien Rolland and Umberto di Venosa had a long-lasting passion for the Camino de Santiago and extensive hiking and cycling experience which they wanted to share with all those interested in this 1,000 year old pilgrimage. |

This is how in 2006 in St James Gate in Dublin, Ireland, Follow the Camino was born with the aim of becoming the number one Camino Operator in the world.
It is our in-depth knowledge of our itineraries, our ground expertise, the relationships we built over the years with hoteliers and taxi drivers and our commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service to our client that has enabled us to become as successful as we are today. |

What we do
We believe the key to success is to focus on a subject you are passionate about. We only offer walking and cycling holidays along the Camino de Santiago and we believe we excel at it.
We have several packages and extra services for Individuals, Groups and regularly work with other travel professionals as a supplier.
The core of our services are: hotels / hostels / Rustic accommodation booking, traditional meals and tapas dinner, luggage and people transfers, 24/7 emergency help-desk, customisable itineraries and recommendations.

- Encouraging local suppliers and not using supplier/companies that mislead visitors or treat badly their employees.
- Re-evaluating suppliers on a regular basis and only working with hotels and other services that have been evaluated by our staff.
- Establishing clear procedures and guidelines to assure the quality of our services.
- Ensure the security of our clients while they walk the Camino by being 24h a day and 7 days a week.
- Giving back to society by helping recognised Charities raise funds while walking the Camino.
