From Sahagun to Leon - 53km
camino frances santiago compostela
5 Days/4 Nights camino frances santiago compostela Half Board hotels en-suite year round From €390

The French Way is the most traditional of all the pilgrims' ways to Santiago and the best known internationally.

5th section of the Camino Frances. Starting from Sahagun, a medieval town renowned for its architecture, and finishing in Leon, one of the greatest cities in Spain. The Camino crosses the vast Castilian Plateau (900m), and its wealthy villages.

At each stage, you are guaranteed a great level of comfort and gastronomy. The trail marking is extremely well done with the “Scallop Shell” showing you the way. The walk requires a good physical condition. However, it’s a highly rewarding walk including numerous great cultural highlights
